We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day (Mon–Fri, 9 am–5 pm UK). Tickets received over weekends are picked up first thing Monday morning.
If you're emailing about a report, please include the registration number and the date of purchase so we can pull up your report quickly.
Refunds
Reports are generated instantly, so we cannot offer refunds simply because you changed your mind or purchased duplicate reports. However, if a fault on our side means your report was incomplete or incorrect, we will issue a full refund or regenerate the report — your choice.
Refund requests must be raised within 14 days of purchase. Email billing@smartcarcheck.co.uk with your registration and order details.
Quick answers
Reports open immediately in the same browser tab after payment. If the page didn't redirect, email support with your reg and the time of payment and we'll resend the link.
Yes — each report is a separate one-time purchase. Enter a new reg on the home page and repeat the process.
We are an online-only service and operate exclusively via email. This keeps response quality high and costs low.
Not currently. We rely on DVSA and DVLA data, which only covers UK-registered vehicles.
